(I will be more than happy to credit answers in my blog post, and link it here when it goes up!) I'm extremely curious about this, and would really like to break down what makes the game so ominous for most players! When I first played FIN, it was the deserted feel to the theater and the sinister music that got me scared. Was it a particular scene? The music? The atmosphere? For example, I found CRY scary because of the lighting and scene designs, the music, and the cryptic answers some characters would give you. I want to talk about why people found this one scary, so I was wondering if any of you would be willing to break it down for me? There were a couple good jumpscares, but I never had that creeping feeling of horror like I get with some of the other games (CRY, for example). I'd heard a lot about how terrifying it was, and how many people found it the scariest game in the franchise, but I was sadly underwhelmed. Hi all! I have a blog where I review Nancy Drew games and I just finished SHA.
